I feel I have to write in order to express how happy I am with my new Mercedes. Following some weeks of searching, I found the ideal vehicle at Dewitt motors in Sarasota. The salesman Armando was very open and honest about the car and the only thing I could find wrong was a headrest motor which he replaced as part of the sale. I did not quibble in regard to price as it was already very fair for what I believe is probably the best deal on a car I have ever seen. Leisha was great and even looked after my small dog for me while I viewed it. The whole experience was exceptional, being simple, smooth and professional in every way and I will be recommending Dewitt Motors to everyone I know. Keep up the good work guys and thanks again,

How can we say “thank you”? We can’t, adequately! But a big THANK YOU anyhow!

Our business dealings with you & your staff have been nothing but pleasant & professional. From the first time we visited the lot & met Jason, then you, we have been treated like old friends.

When we walked in, we knew the car we were interested in. We drove it, we discussed it with Jason, we negotiated to where it was satisfactory to both the business and the client. The “little things” that were needed, key, owners’ manual, etc were taken care of promptly without question. There was absolutely no
“high pressure”, no tricks, no gimmicks! Just plain good business!

When it came time for the paperwork, (where there is very often pressure to buy this protection or that insurance) opportunities were offered, we were told what was available, but that was it. Not a word of pressure.

Even when I mentioned the grease that I accidentally put there, Russ took care of it! Super service!

Your huge help with the one problem after we picked up the car was more than gracious and very, very
much appreciated! Just saying thank you seems so trite!

I really loved the model I had and wanted to replace it besides the fact that the insurance gave me a check for the value of that car.
